GMC.com
One half of my current responsibilities is creating and maintaining the copy on GMC.com. We refreshed nearly the entire site last year, so nearly all of the content on the site was written by me. Check out some examples below or head over to the site to see our work up close. The HUMMER EV and AT4 lineup are two of my favorite pages.
Buick.com
The other half of my time is dedicated to Buick.com. My big task this year was refreshing all of the content. Some of my favorite pages are: the Sport Touring lineup, the refreshed Discover Buick section, and the all new Envista launch.
My rewards testimonial videos
Over the fall and winter of 2019, my Art Director partner and I got the opportunity to interview some members of the My Rewards program. We started out with 16 and whittled it down to four “finalists.” We chatted about everything from vehicle ownership to Cadillac tattoos. We not only ended up with some great video content, we ended up using the images in our emails, social posts, direct mail, print pieces, and more. It was great learning how much we could stretch the content.

Lease end project
In 2018, my AD partner and I took on the daunting task of refreshing GM’s lease end cadence. It’s comprised of 10 direct mail pieces and 10 emails, which begin going to lessees that have one year left on their lease. It’s a guide on what to expect, as well as a great way to show off the current vehicle lineup. We not only did this for one brand, we did it for all four (Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac). That’s 40 different pieces of custom content, created and produced in less than a year.
