One of my favorite past projects was a full-scale copy refresh for GMC.com. From product pages to feature highlights, I helped shape the voice of the brand across nearly the entire site. The project included some standout favorites—like the HUMMER EV and AT4 lineup—that blended bold, engaging copy with a clear sense of GMC’s rugged personality. The site has since evolved, but the examples below capture the style, clarity, and brand storytelling I brought to the work.
Buick.com
For nearly four years, I was the lead writer shaping the voice and content of Buick.com. From launching new vehicles to building fresh pages and refining existing ones, I worked to keep the site engaging, on-brand, and up to date. Highlights include the Sport Touring lineup, the refreshed Discover Buick section, and the all-new Envista launch—each combining compelling copy with a clean, customer-focused experience.
My rewards testimonial videos
In fall and winter of 2019, my Art Director partner and I interviewed 16 members of the My Rewards program, ultimately narrowing it down to four standout stories. Conversations covered everything from vehicle ownership to Cadillac tattoos, giving us authentic, memorable moments to share. The resulting content stretched far beyond the original videos—fueling emails, social posts, direct mail, print pieces, and more. It was a masterclass in maximizing creative assets.

Lease end project
In 2018, my Art Director partner and I tackled the challenge of refreshing GM’s lease-end cadence—a series of 10 direct mail pieces and 10 emails sent to lessees in their final year. Designed to guide customers through the process while showcasing the latest vehicle lineup, we rebuilt the entire cadence from the ground up. And we didn’t stop at one brand—we created custom versions for Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac. That’s 40 unique pieces of content, concepted and produced in under a year.
